Kev Ivancea — ten years of Berlin IT.
I have been in IT for roughly ten years, starting as a hands-on assistant preparing Windows Server training labs. The technology was interesting. What pulled me in harder was the question underneath it: how do you actually structure systems, processes, and knowledge so they keep working when nobody is looking?
That question has shaped every role since — helpdesk and systems work at unbelievable Machine, where I sat between teams and got real room to design; technical account management at ADVOSERVICE; IT project lead at Diakonissenhaus Berlin Teltow; and now Application Manager at IGEPA Bits, where I run database lifecycle, HA, backups, incidents at L2/L3, IAM, and migrations. Five database engines, four Linux distributions, three languages, one stubborn AIX box.
Outside of that day job, I build Neuro Context Vault — a unified system that turns AI chats, automation, and knowledge into one structured graph. It is the engine behind ivancea.de, and it is the same approach I bring to client work: take the tools, processes, and tribal knowledge that already exist, and turn them into something that survives the person who built it.
If your infrastructure should be quieter and your runbooks should be real, that is the work I do.
